Primary Care
Our primary care services are for all ages including babies, children, adults, as well as seniors. We offer services for wellness & prevention as well as acute and chronic disease management. We offer Women’s services including PAP tests, pelvic exams, contraception, and mammograms. We offer physicals for all ages including school, DOT, and Medicare wellness annual visits. We care for people in motor vehicle accidents or work accidents. We provide hospital care, nursing home care, and home visits. We offer weekday, weeknight, and weekend appointments. We accept many types of insurance as well as cash pay.
Pain Management services
North Clark Pain Management offers a wide variety of services dedicated to identifying and treating pain various types of pain. From back, tail bone pain and TMJ, to more specialized issues such as myofascial pain, North Clark Pain Management has a suite of pain management solutions and staff on-hand to treat you and your loved ones.

Our Advanced Imaging includes digital radiology (X-rays), CT scans, MRI, DEXA Bone Scans, venous, carotid, and arterial dopplers, Echocardiography and Ultrasound. Our primary care providers work directly with skilled radiologists to answer questions about individual cases, streamlining your healthcare service, and ensuring maximum efficiency. Our patients benefit from this by getting quick answers without a lot of excessive misdirected testing.
Advanced Diagnostic Testing
Our Advanced Diagnostic Testing allows our providers to diagnose more complicated cases over a broader range of illnesses. These include the evaluation of the Central Nervous System, Heart, Pulmonary, Gastrointestinal, and Musculoskeletal disease. Specific types of testing include home sleep studies, overnight oxygen saturation studies, holter monitoring, Ankle Brachial indices, cardiopulmonary exercise testing, pulmonary function testing, spirometry, and Nerve Conduction testing.
Laboratory Services
We offer in-house labs for the convenience of our patients. We are a CLIA certified highly complex laboratory committed to providing patient-focused, high-quality laboratory services with state-of-the-art technology. The medical director of our lab is board certified in Pathology and Lab Services. We operate the latest technology in hematology and chemistries. We are proud to be able to offer our patients the industry gold standard from Roche Diagnostics, the Cobas 8000. We also are one of the first laboratories in the country to offer the latest LCMS technology from Shimatsu which allows us to confirm urine toxicology testing done on a urine drug screen. For our patients and their families this means that we can detect illicit drug use with substances like bath salts & ecstasy. Which allows us care for cases of drug addiction and substance abuse.
