Robert McQuady, M.D.
Dr. Robert McQuady joined North Clark Medical Group in 2018. He is a gynecology specialist in Jeffersonville, IN, and has been practicing for 52 years. He is a graduate of the University Of Louisville School of Medicine and is board certified in Gynecology. Dr. McQuady was the founding medical director for the Pelvic Pain Regional Specialty Center and served 2 years on the Advisory Board of the Board of Directors for the International Pelvic Pain Society. He is dedicated to the treatment of General Medical conditions, Addiction, Chronic Pelvic Pain, and Endometriosis. He is currently practicing at our Jeffersonville office.
Elmer E Dunbar, M.D.
Dr. Dunbar received his medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine and completed his residency in Anesthesia at the University of Cincinnati. He is Board certified in Anesthesia, Pain Management and is also certified by the American Board of Interventional Pain Physicians. Dr. Dunbar continues to practice in Kentuckiana and joined the staff of North Clark Medical Group in April, 2018. He has been named a Top Doctor in Kentucky for more than six years. He is currently practicing at our Jeffersonville office.
Rickey Kinzey, D.O.
Dr. Kinzey joined North Clark Medical Group in 2018. He received his D.O. degree from the Oklahoma Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery program in 1981. He completed his residency in Anesthesia in 1984 and is Board Certified in Anesthesia. Dr. Kinzey continues to practice anesthesia and has practiced Pain Management for the past 15 years. Dr. Kinzey has practiced Addiction Medicine. He is currently practicing at our Jeffersonville office.
Fakhry Rafiq, M.D.
Dr. Fakhry Rafiq, joined North Clark Medical Group in 2021. He is a Internal Medicine Specialist and has over 31 years of experience in the medical field. He graduated from Dow Medical College, Dow University Of Health Sciences medical school in 1990. He is currently practicing at our Jeffersonville and Charlestown medical office locations.
Darin Harden, M.D.
Dr. Darin Harden joined North Clark Medical Group in 2020. He is a Neurology Specialist in Louisville, KY and has over 29 years of experience in the medical field. He graduated from University Of Kentucky medical school in 1992. He is currently practicing at our Jeffersonville medical office and urgent care locations.
Asad Ismail, M.D.
Dr. Asad Ismail joined North Clark Medical Group in 2020. He is a Psychiatry Specialist in Jeffersonville, IN and has over 33 years of experience in the medical field. Dr. Ismail has more experience with Psychotic Disorders and Addiction & Substance Abuse than other specialists in his area. He graduated from Dow Medical College, Dow University Of Health Sciences medical school in 1988. He is currently practicing at our Jeffersonville Medical Office.
Anas Alzuhaili, M.D.
Dr. Alzuhaili joined the North Clark Medical Group staff in January, 2018. He received his M.D. degree and Surgical Training in Damascus, Syria in 2006. He moved to the U.S. to pursue Fellowship training in Trauma and Transplant Surgery at the Ohio State University and Michigan State University, respectively. He has practiced General Surgery and Emergency Medicine since 2012. He is practicing General and Addiction Medicine at our Jeffersonville office.
Sanjay Patel, D.C.
Dr. Sanjay Patel is a Chiropractic Specialist in Jeffersonville, Indiana. He graduated with honors from Logan College of Chiropractic in 2001. Having more than 20 years of diverse experiences, especially in Chiropractic. He is practicing at our Jeffersonville office.
Carolyn Fegenbush, APRN
Carolyn Fegenbush joined North Clark Medical Group in 2018. She graduated from the University of Kentucky with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1969. Then went to Spalding University for her Masters in Science Nursing and University in Louisville for her post masters in Nursing in 2003. She has been practicing for over 34 years since getting her license to practice in Indiana. She is practicing at our Charlestown office and specializes in addiction.
John Houston, APRN FNP
John Houston joined North Clark Medical Group in 2020. He graduated from Campbellsville University with his Bachelor of Science in 1996. He graduated with honors from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine in 2000. He has more than 21 years of diverse experiences in primary care and urgent care. He is also a certified medical examiner for the department of transportation (DOT). He is practicing at our Louisville location.
Denise Wilburn, APRN FNP-BC
Denise Wilburn joined North Clark Medical Group in 2018. She is a family nurse practitioner and has been practicing for over 18 years. She received her Master’s in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Indiana State University in 2003. Denise has worked in Family Practice and Pediatrics for 11 years and has experience at Riley Children’s Hospital, Indiana University Krannert Center ER, and Take Care Health. She is practicing at our Jeffersonville office.
Jennifer Clemente-Metz, PA-C
Jennifer Clemente-Metz joined North Clark Medical Group in 2018. She is a physician assistant who works with many patients to manage different health conditions. She has work experiences in primary care, urgent care, would care, pain management,and neurosurgery in civilian and military populations. She is certifited to treat patients with addiction. She is also a certified medical examiner for the department of transportation (DOT). She received her Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant studies in 2002 and Health Science Professions in 1999 from Kettering College of Medical Arts in Ohio. She also received her Master’s degree in Physicians Assistant Studies in 2011 and Doctorate Degree in health Science in 2015 from A.T. Sill University in Arizona. Prior to her physician assistant career, she was a medical technologist in Microbiology and phlebotomist for 15 years. She is practicing at our Jeffersonville location.
Vanessa Sims, APRN FNP-C
Vanessa Sims joined North Clark Medical Group in 2018. She is a nurse practitioner specialist in Jeffersonville. She has over 8 years of diverse experience including family practice, addiction, chronic pain and urgent care. She graduated with honors in 2013 from Western Kentucky University. She is practicing at our Jeffersonville location.
Seneca McGowan, PA-C
Seneca McGowan joined North Clark Medical Group in 2017. He received his PA degree at Sullivan University in June 2017. Prior to that, he specialized as a Radiation Therapist and Radiation Technologist in Columbus, Ohio at the Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital. He is practicing at our Urgent Care and Jeffersonville locations.

Courtney Tutt joined North Clark Medical Group in 2020. She graduated from Galen College of Nursing in 2010. She then graduated from Canyon University with her BSN in 2012. She graduated with honors in 2018 from Frontier Nursing University receiving her Doctorate-NP. She has more than 3 years of diverse experiences in primary care, pain management and addiction medicine. She is practicing at our Charlestown location.
Christina Catlett, APRN FNP-BC
Christina (Christy) Catlett joined North Clark Medical Group in 2020. She graduated from Spalding University in 2007 with her Nurse Degree. She graduated with honors from Spalding University in 2018 with her Master’s degree, Family Nurse Practitioner. She is in the process of obtaining her post masters Certification in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse at Liberty University. She has more than 2 years of experiences in primary care, pain management and medical management. Before becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner she has over 12 years experience as a Float-Pool Registered Nurse in an inpatient setting. She is practicing at our Jeffersonville location.
Roberta Rhodes, CADC (KY) LAC (IN)
Roberta Rhodes joined North Clark Medical Group in 2018. She is a Licensed Addiction Counselor. She has been practicing for 35 years. She is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. She is practicing at our Jeffersonville location.
James (Chris) Parker, CADC, CWDP
Chirs Parker joined North Clark Medical Group in 2019. He graduated from University of West Georgia in 1993 with his BA in Psychology. He then graduated from Mercer University in 1995 and studied in Marital and Family Therapy. He has had over 15 years experience in working the counseling job field. He is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor and Certified Workforce Development Professional. He is practicing at our Jeffersonville and Charlestown locations.
