Darin Harden, M.D.

Dr. Darin Harden joined North Clark Medical Group in 2020. He is a Neurology Specialist in Louisville, KY and has over 29 years of experience in the medical field. He graduated from University Of Kentucky medical school in 1992. He is currently practicing at our Jeffersonville medical office and urgent care locations

Asad Ismail, M.D.

Dr. Asad Ismail joined North Clark Medical Group in 2020. He is a Psychiatry Specialist in Jeffersonville, IN and has over 33 years of experience in the medical field. Dr. Ismail has more experience with Psychotic Disorders and Addiction & Substance Abuse than other specialists in his area. He graduated from Dow Medical College, Dow University Of Health Sciences medical school in 1988. He is currently practicing at our Jeffersonville Medical Office.

Sanjay Patel, D.C.

Dr. Sanjay Patel is a Chiropractic Specialist in Jeffersonville, Indiana. He graduated with honors from Logan College of Chiropractic in 2001. Having more than 20 years of diverse experiences, especially in Chiropractic. He is practicing at our Jeffersonville office.

Carolyn Fegenbush, APRN

Carolyn Fegenbush joined North Clark Medical Group in 2018. She graduated from the University of Kentucky with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1969. Then went to Spalding University for her Masters in Science Nursing and University in Louisville for her post masters in Nursing in 2003. She has been practicing for over 34 years since getting her license to practice in Indiana. She is practicing at our Charlestown office and specializes in addiction.

Jennifer Clemente-Metz, PA-C

Jennifer Clemente-Metz joined North Clark Medical Group in 2018. She is a physician assistant who works with many patients to manage different health conditions. She has work experiences in primary care, urgent care, would care, pain management,and neurosurgery in civilian and military populations. She is certifited to treat patients with addiction. She is also a certified medical examiner for the department of transportation (DOT). She received her Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant studies in 2002 and Health Science Professions in 1999 from Kettering College of Medical Arts in Ohio. She also received her Master’s degree in Physicians Assistant Studies in 2011 and Doctorate Degree in health Science in 2015 from A.T. Sill University in Arizona. Prior to her physician assistant career, she was a medical technologist in Microbiology and phlebotomist for 15 years. She is practicing at our Jeffersonville location.
